Miramar-   A man was killed Saturday morning when he apparently lost control of his vehicle while southbound on interstate 15 at Miramar Way.  Witnesses told CHP that the vehicle was traveling in excess of 100 mph prior to losing control.  The vehicle continued up the off ramp, rolling several times and crashing into a light standard.  The driver was declared dead at the scene.
