City Heights-   A fire seriously damaged a home in the 3500 block of Wightman Street at around 10PM Saturday night.  The residents discovered the fire and were able to get out safely.  Police are looking for a woman who they suspect started the fire.    Her name is Elizabeth Huff, 41 and she drives  a blue 1987 Dodge van with California plate 3DBV559.  She has three warrants against her and anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477
