Bay Terraces- One man was killed and another seriously injured while fleeing in the vehicle they allegedly carjacked from a women coming out of a video rental shop  According to police, the incident occurred about 11:15pm when the two men were witnessed taking a woman to the ground and stealing her keys.  They then fled in her red Ford while the witness flagged down a passing police car.  The witness was describing the incident to officers when the Ford when flying past them southbound on Woodman St.  Officers radioed the description and started to u-turn to catch up to the suspects.  By the time officers caught up to them, they had already crashed into four vehicles at the intersection of Altaview and Woodman.  One suspect was killed in the impact and the other was sent to the hospital with serious injuries.  A woman in a Mercedes who was passing through the intersection at the time was not injured.  The other three vehicles were parked along Woodman at the time of the crash..
