National City-  A man was shot while in his house in the 3000 block of C Avenue just after 1AM.  According to National City Police Sergeant Parriss Bull, dispatch received a call of a shooting at the residence at 1:21 AM.  Officers arrived to find one man with a gunshot wound to the head and he was rushed to the hospital by medics.  According to Sgt. Parriss it is unknown if a vehicle was used and all that is known at this time is a shot came from outside through a glass window.
