San Diego - A freeway head-on collision send two persons to the hospital  just after 11pm tonight.  According to CHP officer Juan Uribe, dispatch received a call of a two vehicle head-on crash with a wrong way vehicle on highway 15 near Harbor Dr.  On arrival officers found that two vehicles crashed and one was apparently going the wrong direction on the freeway ramp.  Two parties were trapped and required extrication.  They were both transported to local hospitals.  Officer Uribe stated that the details are preliminary and it is unknown if alcohol played a part in this crash.
